Overview
ChunkDeck is an open-source, self-hosted Minecraft server control panel. Your server data never leaves your machine. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
The ChunkDeck Application
What we collect
The ChunkDeck application itself collects no personal data. When you run ChunkDeck on your computer:
- Your server files, player data, and world files stay entirely on your machine
- No data is sent to us or any third party
- No accounts are created or required
- No telemetry, analytics, or tracking happens
You have full control over your server and all data it contains. If you choose to use the Play Online feature (powered by playit.gg), please review their privacy practices.
The ChunkDeck Website
Cookies and tracking
This website (chunkdeck.dev) may use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the user experience.
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly and cannot be disabled:
- Community invite preference: Remembers if you dismissed the Discord community modal so it doesn't show again
- Navigation state: Maintains your mobile menu state while browsing
Non-essential cookies (Analytics)
If enabled, analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site. This requires your consent under GDPR.
- What we track: Page views, how long you stay, which links you click, general location (country/region only)
- What we don't track: Your name, email, IP address, or any personally identifiable information
- Your control: You can accept or reject analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner where present. You can change your preference anytime in your browser settings
Managing your cookies
You have full control over cookies:
- Accept or reject non-essential cookies using the cookie consent banner, where present
- Withdraw consent anytime through your browser settings
- Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when they're being set
Download counter
We use Abacus, a privacy-respecting hit counter, to show the total number of downloads. It does not track individual users, store cookies, or retain any personal information.
Third-party services and data processors
ChunkDeck uses and links to third-party services. When you interact with these services, their privacy policies apply:
We recommend reviewing each service's privacy policy before using them. We are not responsible for their practices.
